I thought it was interesting how the curating of the Arsenale exhibition made neighbouring pieces feel redundant. Vega's charming piece combined text well, whereas Rems Koolhas's inaccurate propaganda was awful. Same with the version of Beckett's Breath and the underwater piece nearby. What else did you like?

I thought you were going to say you prefer to go the cafe toilet instead of Mariko's exhibition since your dislike of her work well known...

In the photo top right you're very reminiscent of the keyboard player from The Specials.

Rude boy.

Uncanny except for the fact that Momus isn't missing any teeth thank you very much. :) Much more furtive, crepuscular, artsy.

I want that stereo too. It looks like it's analog, which is perfect for record playing. :D

Dear Momus,
if you are in Venice don´t miss the gondola trip!
Behind Campo San Tomà you can cross the Canal Grande on a gondola for 50 cents!

You are so wonderfully odd sometimes...it's great! Your cheap plastic raincoat made me chuckle.

Pictures O'Venice

Over time there are a few sites I really dig that stay with me. One such site is webshots.com which I have seen grow dramatically in the last three years. They have some gorgeous shots of Venice with canirval costumes--really elaborate. Also some cool stuff from the Rijks Museum Amsterdam. It's all free and if you are like me and want to change your screensaver images and desktop image all the time it is good. I thought you might like it. Good answer to the question BTW. Cheers! Megan

I always wondered how would it feel to be inside the UFO installation... did you go in? Hopefully you won't deprive me with the description. And yeah it seemed like a nice and interesting trip, looking very lovely with the cheap raincot indeed. ^^

No, there was a two hour wait, and the (ten minute) presentation inside uses 3D which, as a man with only one working eye, seemed to me like a bit of a waste of two hours (and ten minutes). What's more, I wanted to see some of the national pavilions too...
