I love how the apartment for rent sign says "毎日芸人さんにあえるかも!” - "you could meet entertainers every day!"

i spent about 5 yrs renting a room (3.5m square) off and on where i shared a bathroom with a conspiracy theorist every day and did almost all my own cooking with no kitchen at all, starting at 225 dollars - and no ¥50,000 reikin! (and that was after the landlord warned me he "didn't think" a certain former alternative rock singer would have her people shoot through my room to reach his..)

i wonder, though, does no kitchen, no bathroom in a place like this mean none at all, or shared?

i certainly hope to be moving Japanward myself to go along with the decade shift. and now that i think about it, it was actually in 2000 that i moved to Japan the last time..

i hope your move will go smoothly (although i'm sure Berlin is nice too)!
